Ben Holmes

Neurodiversity Coaching Practitioner

Ben is a fully qualified neurodivergent practitioner with a specialism in coaching and training. He is autistic and also has ADHD, dyspraxia, OCD, and anxiety. Late diagnosed he works to a strengths based approach in all his practises whilst also recognising the immense struggles neurodivergent individuals can face. His life’s mission is to create autism acceptance and educate others on what neurodiversity means.

Abby Booth 

Neurodivergent Wellbeing Specialist and Trainer

Abby is a neurodivergent wellbeing specialist with a Master's in Behaviour Change for Health and Wellbeing. Combining lived experience with professional expertise, she delivers training, workshops, and 1-2-1 support, specializing in neurodivergence and workplace inclusion. Passionate about advocacy, she works in co-production to improve education and employment accessibility.

Chrissy McDougall

Positive Psychology Training Practitioner (Neurodiversity & Inclusion)

Chrissy is a neurodivergent positive psychology training and wellbeing practitioner, specialising in Neurodiversity, Mental Health, and Learning Disabilities. With lived experience of ADHD, and also caring for an Autistic son, she works across various sectors, bringing passion and expertise to neurodiversity and inclusion initiatives, delivering impactful coaching and training.

Alex Manners

Neurodiversity & Autism Speaker and Trainer

Alex Manners is 28, an Autism and Neurodiversity speaker, Asperger's champion, presenter and author. Alex presents talks about Asperger’s and Autism to many different companies, law firms, schools and universities all over the UK. He has also published a book called "That's Not Right! My Life Living with Asperger's”, appeared on series 10 and 11 of “The Undateables” on Channel 4 and is obsessed with football.
